anyone know of any free wifi hotspots in herceg novi ?

I spend some times in the summer near there so would like to get a free access to a wifi hotspot daily in herceg novi.

Of course I am not a hotel guest so can't use there's unless one has a cafe inside they wouldn't mind me sitting at any having a long drink!

of if not free very cheap!

last year it was expensive 2 pounds or so for an hour at a beach front cafe
